Tim Cook, Apple CEO recently announced the most downloaded iOS apps for the iPhone and iPad. These apps were divided into free and paid for. As expected the free apps were downloaded the most, and although hundreds were downloaded, 10 of the most comprehensive apps based on ratings, popularity and reviews are listed here.

The minions are the best part in “Despicable Me.” These troublemakers and their adventures are loved by audiences, and it makes sense that the game is so popular among iOS downloads. It’s an easy to play game. You can get around by controlling the Minions and having them race across Gru’s lab to other higher levels to achieve greater scores. Gaming enthusiasts and those devoted to the movie will typically enjoy the most, and certainly won’t resist dressing the characters like Santa. This app is available for both the iPhone and iPad.

Although, the streaming app lost about 2 million subscribers in the month of October, it still managed to reach 72.million subscribers the same month.
